Cruschiform is the French creative studio of illustrator and graphic designer, Marie Laure Cruschi. Her impeccably-produced work sings with a precision worthy of a wide range of clients across publications, campaign signage, prints and editorial commissions. Working between Paris and the small French town of Nîmes, Marie-Laure works from her desk surrounded by a large library of books to keep her inspired. “Colour and geometry have been driving my work for many years. Colour is my driving force even before drawing, it’s my emotional and narrative support,” says Marie-Laure. “Geometry serves as a base for me to create strong and expressive compositions.” Her often-replicated use of colour and geometry really is the backbone of her work — demonstrated particularly in her illustrations for the highly successful Cabins book published by Taschen.
