Stefano Colferai is an artist who began his career as an illustrator and graphic designer. In 2014, he decided to explore new forms of creativity through clay modeling and stop-motion animation. Stefano is fascinated by the tactile nature of sculpture and the DIY culture, and he found that plasticine was the perfect medium to express himself. Stefano's unconventional approach sets him apart through his playful manipulation of form and color. While rooted in traditional techniques, he injects his work with a quirky and captivating energy, infusing each frame with his distinct visual language. Inspired by pop culture and contemporary icons, Stefano breathes new life into the stop-motion aesthetic, offering viewers a fresh perspective and surprising themes.
